Welcome to the products and services provided by LiDianRuanJianOrganization Co., Ltd. and its related entities, collectively referred to below as “LiDianRuanJianOrganization.” Please read and fully understand the following terms before registering for or using the services.

1. Acceptance of the Service Terms

These service terms form an agreement between the user and LiDianRuanJianOrganization regarding registration for and use of the products and services provided by LiDianRuanJianOrganization. By confirming on a page, downloading, installing, logging in, or otherwise using the relevant products and services, the user is deemed to have accepted all contents of these terms. If the user does not agree with any part of these terms, the user should not register for an LiDianRuanJianOrganization account or use the related services.

These terms apply to all products and services made available through an LiDianRuanJianOrganization account unless otherwise expressly stated. When using a specific service, the user may also be bound by separate service-specific terms, rules, or notices. In the event of any conflict, the service-specific terms shall prevail within the scope of that service.

LiDianRuanJianOrganization may update these terms or any service-specific terms when necessary by issuing a reasonable notice, including through website announcements. Continued use of the relevant products or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Service Overview

An “LiDianRuanJianOrganization account” refers to a legally registered and valid account created by the user. Subject to applicable law, ownership of the account itself, and of data and records related to registration and use of the account, including registration data, login records, consumption records, product logs, customer service records, and usage statistics, belongs to LiDianRuanJianOrganization or the specific operating entity of the service.

After completing account registration, the user is authorized to use LiDianRuanJianOrganization services under these terms or for other purposes expressly permitted by LiDianRuanJianOrganization. Users must provide their own devices, such as a personal computer or mobile phone, and must bear the internet access and payment costs associated with using the services.

3. Account Registration Rules

When registering for or using LiDianRuanJianOrganization services, the user must possess the civil capacity required under the laws of the People’s Republic of China and must be able to independently assume responsibility for actions taken through the service.

The user must also ensure that they are not the subject of any trade restrictions, sanctions, or similar legal limitations imposed by any country, international organization, or region, and that they do not directly or indirectly provide funds, goods, or services to such restricted persons or entities.

Registration information includes, but is not limited to, the account name, avatar, password, all data entered during registration or account updates, and any name, avatar, or related information entered when using individual services. Users undertake to comply with applicable laws, social morality, public order, and truthfulness requirements, and must not include illegal or harmful information in registration data.

4. Changes, Suspension, Cancellation, or Termination of Services

LiDianRuanJianOrganization continuously changes and improves its services. It may add or remove features, suspend particular services, or terminate services altogether based on its business decisions. Where reasonably necessary, LiDianRuanJianOrganization will notify users through website announcements or other reasonable means.

If a user is confirmed by an effective administrative or judicial decision to have engaged in illegal or infringing conduct, or if LiDianRuanJianOrganization reasonably determines that the user has violated these terms, published usage rules, or applicable law, LiDianRuanJianOrganization may suspend, interrupt, or terminate services without prior notice and without liability.

LiDianRuanJianOrganization also reserves the right to determine the service standards applicable to individual users based on actual operating circumstances.

5. User Privacy

LiDianRuanJianOrganization will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade a user’s personal information to any unrelated third party unless the user has given prior consent or unless the relevant third party and LiDianRuanJianOrganization, individually or jointly, provide services to the user.

No third party is permitted to collect, edit, sell, or distribute the user’s personal information by any means. If any user of the LiDianRuanJianOrganization platform engages in such conduct, LiDianRuanJianOrganization may immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.

For the purpose of serving users, LiDianRuanJianOrganization may use personal information to send users information of interest, including product and service notices.

6. Account Security and Protection

The user is responsible for setting up and keeping their account credentials secure. If any loss is caused to the user, LiDianRuanJianOrganization, or a third party because the user failed to safeguard account information, passwords, registration data, or operating records, the user shall bear full responsibility.

The authorization to use an LiDianRuanJianOrganization account is granted only to the original registrant. Without explicit permission from LiDianRuanJianOrganization, the original registrant may not gift, lend, lease, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow another person or entity to use the account.

If the user discovers any unauthorized use of the account or a security vulnerability, the user must notify LiDianRuanJianOrganization immediately. LiDianRuanJianOrganization may help freeze the account, reset the password, or perform other security operations, but reasonable processing time may be required.

If the account cannot be accessed due to forgotten or lost credentials, the user may seek assistance through LiDianRuanJianOrganization’s official contact methods. Where an account is involved in an administrative or judicial investigation, or where disputes or security risks exist, LiDianRuanJianOrganization may temporarily freeze the account.

7. User Conduct

Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and must not use LiDianRuanJianOrganization services for illegal acts, interference with service operations, or infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

Users must not create, reproduce, publish, or disseminate through LiDianRuanJianOrganization services any content that violates constitutional principles, harms national honor or interests, endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, undermines national unity, or otherwise violates internet content rules.

Without the written consent of LiDianRuanJianOrganization, users may not use the services for sales or other commercial purposes beyond the intended scope of the platform.

8. Force Majeure and Other Exemptions

Due to the nature of the internet, service interruptions may occur under circumstances that do not constitute a breach by LiDianRuanJianOrganization. These include force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, legal or regulatory changes, war or civil unrest, communication interruptions, cyberattacks, virus intrusions, network failures, technical adjustments by telecommunications providers, and government control measures.

Temporary interruption may also occur during data center maintenance, equipment inspection, system upgrades, or optimization work. Additional risks may arise from unstable signals, limited bandwidth, congestion, system failures, user errors, or failures of third-party products and services.

9. Intellectual Property Statement

The original source data collected through LiDianRuanJianOrganization services remains the intellectual property of the original data owner. After background processing, all processed data other than the raw source data belongs to LiDianRuanJianOrganization. The LiDianRuanJianOrganization logo is a registered trademark of LiDianRuanJianOrganization.

10. Cookies and Information Storage

If the user has not refused cookies, the application may set or access cookies on the user’s device in order to support login and other dependent features. Users may accept or reject cookies through browser settings, but rejecting cookies may affect their ability to use certain services or functions.

Information obtained through cookies is governed by this policy. The information and data collected may be stored on servers operated by the application and/or its affiliates and may be transferred to, accessed from, stored in, or displayed in jurisdictions outside the user’s country or region.

11. Collection, Processing, and Storage of Amazon Data

We collect relevant data through the Amazon API, including but not limited to order information, shipping addresses, and inventory data. This data is used only to support ERP functions that help users manage Amazon store orders, inventory, and logistics. Personally identifiable information in orders is retained for no more than 30 days and is deleted immediately upon expiration of that period.

All collected data is stored securely on cloud servers such as Alibaba Cloud or Tencent Cloud. Data is protected in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption.

User data will not be actively deleted by LiDianRuanJianOrganization. Users may manually delete relevant data through the interfaces provided by the system. Storage duration is controlled by the user, and LiDianRuanJianOrganization will not proactively delete information without authorization.

We do not share user personal data or Amazon data with third parties unless required by law or directly related to services necessary for the user’s business.

Users may review and manage their personal data at any time and may correct any inaccuracies through tools provided by the platform.

12. Use and Sharing of Data

Amazon data collected by the platform is used only to help users perform order management, inventory management, shipping, and related business functions. The data will not be used for purposes beyond those disclosed here.

Unless required by law or necessary for service operations, Amazon data will not be shared with any third party. Any such sharing will occur only with the user’s explicit authorization.

13. Data Security Measures

We implement strict access control policies so that only authorized personnel can access information related to Amazon data. This helps prevent misuse and supports controlled internal handling.

We also conduct regular security audits and vulnerability scans and take necessary measures to address potential threats. User accounts and data may be further protected through measures such as two-factor authentication.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These service terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If any dispute arises in connection with services provided under these terms, the user and LiDianRuanJianOrganization should first attempt to resolve the issue through friendly consultation.

If consultation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration by a panel of three arbitrators. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Where a service-specific term contains a conflicting jurisdiction clause, the service-specific term shall prevail within its applicable scope.
